Our friends Chris and Karen have a wonderful food blog and in February they posted the recipe for great Chocolate Chip Cookies. Instead of buying the chocolate chips, they suggest getting a big bar of Belguim Dark Chocolate and hack at it with a big knife. Since all our knives simply suck, I have another way to make the chips.
